Allergies or Restrictions
Many of those arriving have not eaten for several days. Lighter foods (like soup, chicken and rice, veggies and fruit) are easier to digest and less likely to cause illness. There is some refrigeration available at the sites, but limited ability to warm things up, so please bring hot foods hot, if possible.

Special Instructions
Thank you so much for your willingness to provide a meal to hungry asylum seekers. The exact number of of people needing food, as well as the drop off location and time will vary somewhat. Volunteers from the Inland Coalition for Immigrant Justices are being given very little or no information as to how many people are coming or the exact times when buses of people will arrive. So, please call or text Jennaya at the phone number listed (714-868-1708) on the day of your meal delivery, and she will provide you with as much details as possible regarding the exact number of people expected. She will also provide a drop off address. If Jennaya is not able to answer your call right away, she will text you a response as soon as possible. Please plan to bring paper plates, bowls, utensils as needed to serve your meal. THANK YOU
