Special Instructions

A more exact count will be emailed/texted to you a few days before. You are welcome to arrange drop off for meals, but we love it when groups decide to stay and serve their meals and get a first hand look at what our ministry looks like. Dinner is served from 6:30-7:30PM. For Club night meals we are asking for a full meal including drinks and dessert. Bringing the serving supplies, plates, utensils and napkins is also very helpful! The number of people can vary from 50-75. For Campaigners we are asking for a light snack/meal, drinks and dessert with serving supplies, plates, cups and utensils. The number of people can vary between 15-20. * Bringing Goldfish packets, fruit chew packets, applesauce packets, or mini juice boxes for the toddlers is welcomed and appreciated!! ** Please provide your cell phone number for texts and reminders when you sign up!
