Because everyday is different with schedules and who is home when, please text all of the following so that someone can tell when to drop off food. Late afternoon until 6:30 would generally be the best time to drop off. Probably best to text 3 of folks be safe someone can be home at time needed: Judie (615-500-5834), cousin Cinda Heinen Smith (281-210-7628), and Joel (615-612-8282) since we just don’t know what each day will be like, or where we may be.

Joel eats as Judie says Clean Californian. Lots of veggies, salads, fish and chicken, NO Dairy or Red Meat. Judie is good with pretty much anything, but can’t eat hot/spicey, peppery ( black, white or red) and no peppers( spicey/hot types). Bell peppers ok. Family coming in has no restrictions ( except no coconut) and loves sweets. Another very helpful thing Judie mentioned is gift cards to restaurants and Publix. I have also setup an account with Super Suppers in Franklin where you can call and make a donation under Fred and Judie Heumann. They can then go in and pick from a large variety of prepared meals. Information below. Another good place to get gift cards or pick up prepared meals is Brown Bag in Cool Springs. Their info is below also.
