Special Instructions

PLEASE: - Drop off meals in dishes/containers that are disposable and don't need to be returned at a later date - If there are reheat/prep instructions, please include - Beverages are welcome! Juice, Soft Drinks, Gatorade etc - Please take a look at what's being served the day before or after etc so it isn't "meatloaf" for dinner every night - Plastic Utensils, paper plates, and napkins to be used for the meal would be great if possible Thank you all so much for contributing to NECHAMA's Hurricane Harvey response efforts here in Houston. NECHAMA's volunteers will undoubtedly be pretty hungry after their long days of cleaning out flood damaged homes here in the city. To be able to return to base knowing that there will be dinner waiting for us is such a gift. We truly appreciate it. Our operations are running out of the West Wing at Christ Church. We'd encourage you to come in and say hi to our staff and volunteers when you deliver your dinners. Meals can be brought straight into the kitchen and put on counter/in fridge. Finally, if anyone would like to donate breakfast/lunch items, please email us at volunteer@nechama.org and we'd be happy to arrange for that as well.
