About this Meal Train
Welcome, and thank you for your interest in donating a meal to Drop-In! This site is here to simplify your volunteer or donation experience donating. We have recently moved, temporarily, while our Pearl Street location is being renovated. We are located for the time being above Phoenix books.
You can sign up for any available date - please specify if you intend on bringing lunch or dinner. Every weekday lunch is served at 12:00pm and dinner is served at 5:00pm. In our new temp space we don’t have an oven so its easy to keep things warm or heat them back up, so for the time being it’s extremely preferred to have foods as HOT as possible and as close to the ideal drop-off time as possible. respectively the ideal drop-off times are 11:45AM for lunch and 4:45PM for dinner. We ask people to make enough food for about 10-15 people for lunch, and about 30 for dinner. In order to be able to stay and serve food you must CONFIRM ahead of time with staff via phone or email, this is to ensure proper safety procedures are in place. While we are in our temp space meal drop-off’s are preferred for the ease of service.
