-Ground turkey taco pita pockets -Teriyaki Chicken, mushroom, rice, salad -Meatballs w/ garlic gravy, mashed potatoes, salad -Pot Roast, carrots, potatoes, green beans -Spaghetti with Turkey meat balls - sauce on the side. -Quinoa dishes , basmati rice dishes. -Fresh foods with a light Asian flare. -Fish sticks, veggies, vegan mac-n-cheese -Beef and mushrooms, asparagus - Veggies: Green beans, artichokes, Brussels sprouts, broccoli, corn on the cob, cucumbers, olives, baby carrots, salads (dressing on the side), avocados -Fruits: Watermelon, Peaches, Cantaloupe, Grapes, Berries- (not mixed together)

Nothing too heavy or too greasy - seems to work for the whole family

Meal Instructions

Basic Meal Construction: Grain, Protein, Vegetable Good fats for cooking olive oil, avocado or coconut oil. Almond or Cashew milk work well as a milk substitute. Sauces on the side for most dishes. Thank you SO very much!!
