Byron was always an incredible presence. He brought a warm smile and great joy everywhere he went. It was a pleasure to first get to know him as a co-worker in the corporate world, and then such a wonderful surprise years later to have the opportunity to serve him shaved ice while he was on staff at LISD. He will be greatly missed.
