Special Instructions
Hey everyone, Julia Apfelbaum has graciously volunteered to coordinate this meal train, use her house in Erie as the drop point and get the meals to Jay and Rachel as needed. There will be a cooler on Julia's front porch to drop meals to on your day. No need to knock or ring the doorbell. This will allow you to drop off the meals with minimal disruption to Julia's day and also to let you get on your way. Please bring 4-6 servings in single serve packaging. The meals should already be frozen or can be frozen easily. The best is to use recyclable Gladware type microwave safe containers that are about $1 each. Don't package servings in containers you want back. If you have a Foodsaver vacuum sealer, that also works great! Please do not bring more than 6 servings. This actually creates more trouble than helps because the recipients then have to find a place to store all this food or throw it out.
