1) Nut allergies: Please do not use peanuts or peanut oil in main dishes and clearly label any items containing nuts. 2) Plant-based: We have a couple of students who are vegetarians. If you can accommodate this in your meal, wonderful! If not, that's okay too, just please let us know ahead of time so we can supplement with options for these students.
