Ashley, Jared and the kiddies live in Fox Point and know it's a long trek for some, so if you're not dropping at their place we are happy to have meals or treats dropped off in Tantallon at Venessa & Luke's house on any given day. Favorite places to grab a meal/groceries: Rhubarb, Cavicchi's, MacDonald's & Starbucks for Coffee NOTE: For out of towners, there is no real UBER Eats options in Fox Point Ashley's doctors are encouraging her to avoid spicy food and increase her intake of broths, soups, great quality oatmeal, smoothies and lots of healthy proteins like eggs, fish, avocado, nuts and seeds. In general think: freezable, easy, nutritious. They're getting a deep freezer soon. AND by all means, don't hesitate to add some of your favorites too- Gabe LOVES noodles, fresh fruits and veggies and of course all the toddler snacks (think goldfish, Cheerios, cold meats and cheese!) As a couple, these two aren't picky. They love lots of different meals and especially love fish, beef, sausage, bacon and local goods. They shop close to home when they can and are willing to try about anything. Bonus info: NO ALLERGIES! (amazing right?) (Psssst... they like to grind their own coffee beans but also like a nice cup of tea too!)
