Easy grab and go breakfasts for the kiddos; muffins, egg muffins, yogurt pouches, fruit, etc. Meals should include options like gluten-free pasta, casseroles, grilled chicken breasts, sweet potatoes, roasted squash, and a variety of fresh vegetables.
