With Noah at home again, we are shifting back to vegetarian (and occasional pescatarian) dinners. Keith is no longer able to eat by mouth and is receiving nutrition via a feeding tube. Franzi and Noah prefer meals only, no desserts except fruit. Spicy food is fine for Franzi and Noah--bring the heat, if you want! They enjoy salads with dinner. Noah does not enjoy mushrooms, sadly. Keith, Franzi and Noah, enjoy these summer days and break from the college courses. I was reading some of the meal descriptions folks are delivering. They sound so wonderful. I had a wonderful Greek inspired salad recently that had a wonderful whipped Feta and Sour Cream and Cucumber dollop on top, it was a wonderful taste treat. Great for a dip for veggies or bread. So many flavorful taste treats with marvelous savory additions to add to a seasonal treat. Enjoy these summertime days, along with the blessings of air conditioning and a nice big window allowing for a show stopping, showing tof he gloriousness views of the plantings in your yard
