Keith and Franzi appreciate vegetarian and non-vegetarian dinners. They prefer chicken, turkey, and seafood (shrimp, salmon and other fish). They prefer meals only, no desserts except fruit. They prefer low or non-spicy foods (high spicy/hot foods no longer agree with Keith). Please avoid raw fibrous greens (ex, raw kale salad). Cooked greens (especially chard, spinach in stews or soups) are great. Fresh salads work as well. Feel free to reach out to Franzi with questions or for meal requests.
