I am the recipient, how do I view my gift cards?

For each digital gift card, you will receive an email notification which explains how to redeem your gift card.

View a list of Gift Cards

The signed-in recipient (or organizer) of the Meal Train page can view a list of gifted cards, including the date, donor, brand, amount, delivery method (typically digital), and the email address to which the gift card was sent. To do so, open the Meal Train page, click the "Edit Page" button at the top, and then click "Manage Gift Cards."

Missing Digital Gift Cards, 3 options:

1. Check you spam filter. The email would be from noreply@orders.thegiftcardshop.com or delivery@orders.thegiftcardshop.com.
2. Have the giver resend the gift card email. While viewing Manage Gift Cards, click the email address of the giver and request they resend the email by accessing their order receipt or from the Order Tracking page.
3. If you notice an issue with the recipient email address, (typo, sent to a no longer active email, etc.) you will need to reach out to the giver to update their purchase with InComm. While viewing Manage Gift Cards, click the email address of the giver and request they they take additional steps found here.

Physical Gift Cards: Physical cards are mailed and take extra processing time. If you are unable to locate the card after 7-10 days, please visit the support page or call 1-833-942-7467. Gift card orders are processed and fulfilled by TheGiftCardShop.com / InComm.

Remove Gift Cards

If you would like to remove the gift card widget, open the Meal Train page and click the Edit Page button at the top of the Meal Train page. Then click the Manage Gift Cards button.

Use a Gift Card

If you received the gift card in your email, you'd use it directly with the merchant on the card. For example, if it's a DoorDash gift card, you'd go to DoorDash.com to order delivery and use the gift card as payment. You can use the gift card at any time according to the policies on the card.
