I received and error message and/or see a pending charge on my credit card statement.
If you attempted to place a gift card order with TheGiftCardShop.com and received a message "We are unable to process your order" but subsequently notice a charge on your credit card statement, this is likely only a pending charge. TheGiftCardShop.com does not formally charge your credit card until the selected gift card is actually sent out. The pending charge is generally dropped from your credit card statement within 24-48 hours.
