Giver sent gift card to self or made a typo

Only the giver can take the following actions. Share via Email

Solution 1: Givers can search for the confirmation email with the subject “Your The Gift Card Shop Order Is On Its Way" and click on the Change/Resend email link (see below).

Solution 2: If the giver is unable to locate the above email, there are still two options:

  1. A gift card giver can resend the gift email (but not change the recipient email address) by looking up a completed order here using the email address and order number (click Can't Find Your Order Number if needed). If the giver resends the gift card to themself, they can then forward the gift card email to the recipient.
  2. Givers can call InComm (1-833-942-7467) who will verify your identity and assist you further. Please make sure to have the email used to purchase the gift card and order number. If you don't know your order number, you can look it up using this link and clicking Can't Find Your Order Number.

Gift Card Refund

Once purchased, gift cards cannot be canceled or refunded.

Gift Card Display

While it is possible to display the gift card giver name as anonymous on the Meal Train page, it is not possible to hide the gift card amount.
