I am the giver, how do I resend or change an e-gift card email?

Resend of Change the eGift Email

This action can only be completed by the gift card giver. Givers can use email with the subject “Your The Gift Card Shop Order Is On Its Way.” (you may need to search your email archive) and click on the Change/Resend email link.

If you are unable to locate the above email, you still have two options:

  1. A gift card giver can resend the gift email (but not change the recipient email address ) by looking up a completed order here using the order number and email address. If you do not have your order number, you can look it up using the link above and clicking Can't Find Your Order Number.
  2. If you need to change the email address, givers can call 1-833-942-7467 who will verify your identity and assist you further. Please make sure you have the email used to purchase the gift card and order number. If you do not have your order number, you can look it up using this link and clicking Can't Find Your Order Number.
