Post an Update to my participants

Posting Updates is a great way to keep those on your participant list update date and to reduce the burden for the recipient of answering too many same questions.

To add an update, click the Updates button on the bar in the center of the page. Click the Post an Update button within the screen on desktop or at the bottom of the screen on mobile. The site will allow you to post one photo per update.  An Update will send an email to everyone on the participant list alerting them of the update.

Note about the Photos: Landscape oriented photos, where the width is greater than the height, work best.  Uploading a landscape photo, or cropping a portrait photo into landscape are usually the best options.  If the photo is not landscape, the system will attempt to auto-crop the center of the photo, cutting off portions of the top and bottom.  If you have a photo editing tool, and wish to use exact dimensions, then 600 pixels wide and 400 pixels high are ideal.
