Donations

Hi Everyone, Please see the list of potluck items for mainly lunches on the pool grills for everyone to share. The quantities are listed to spread across three houses. If you are bringing any of these items, please bring them when you arrive to the prep kitchen in Constellation (1213 S Virginia Dare Trail), unless we contact you and tell you otherwise. This may not be your house assignment, but we will be dividing the donated items and will bring them to each house once divided. We will have nightly Charcuterie later each evening. We are bringing Proscuitto, Salami, Pepperoni, Sopressata, and a few other smoked meats, Smoked Gouda, Gouda, Cheddar. Pepper Jack, and Goat cheeses. We have many crackers and toasts for the boards as well. If you have a favorite, please bring it. The charcuterie items on the list are what is still needed. If you have a favorite items not on the list, feel free to bring it! If you prefer not to shop, but want to help provide community lunch or other items listed, you can donate money on this site to cover the cost of the item(s) you want to donate and we will shop/bring the items for you. Thank you in advance for your participation in our potluck lunches and snacks! Remember to bring your own water/drinks/alcohol/personal snacks. You should consider a beach chair or collapsible chair. Don't forget personal care items and your toilet paper for room/your kids' rooms! There are 2 supermarkets very close to houses if you want to get these items when you arrive (a Publix and Food Lion, both in Kill Devil Hills). Look forward to seeing you all soon! Dawn

We have a few guests with allergies to the following items (that I am aware of): poultry, tree nuts, shell fish, gluten, and corn. If you have something that you are bringing that does not have a label on it (such as you made it from scratch), please list the ingredients. If you are volunteering to bring hot dogs, PLEASE do not get meat franks - WE NEED ALL BEEF hotdogs due to the poultry allergy. Due to the shellfish allergy, we will have the boil served outside (some are sensitive to it in the air as well as eating it). We have tried to have food options for everyone who has an allergy who is coming to NC with us . . . if you have an allergy not listed, please make sure to let us know. And, of course, if you have something special that you need or want, please bring it with you.
