Meal Train automatically sends the gift card to the email address of the Meal Train page recipient. If this email is wrong or there is a typo, the Meal Train page organizers should immediately correct the email address to prevent issues with future purchases. However, changing the recipient email will not update previously purchased digital gift cards. Clicking the Resend button will resend the gift card to the original email address. MealTrain.com cannot change the recipient email address on the original gift card order.
Only the giver can change the email address the gift card was sent to. To do so, they should locate the confirmation email with the subject “Your The Gift Card Shop Order Is On Its Way" and click on the Change/Resend email link (see below).

No longer have the confirmation email? Givers can call The Gift Card Shop / InComm (1-833-942-7467) who will verify your identity and assist you further. Please make sure to have the email used to purchase the gift card and order number. If you don't know your order number, you can look it up using this link and clicking Can't Find Your Order Number.
